Description

This above ground winter swimming pool cover offers an affordable way to winterize your pool throughout the cold and snowy winter months. It features cover material that is made from solid and tightly woven polyethylene to resist wind, rain, ice and snow. The stamped aluminum grommets along the edge of the cover help to eliminate problems with ripping. A three-foot overlap ensures a secure fit, aided by a heavy-duty winch and cable.

For the value, it’s about as good as it gets as far as pool covers go for above-ground swimming pools. It holds up all winter long and into early spring as long as you don’t put one of those huge pillows underneath the cover. We tried that and come spring the pool cover starts to rip. Removing the pool cover is a pain removing because of all the water and debris laying on top of it and then you basically have to rip the cover anyway to get all the junk off that accumulated over the fall, winter, & spring. But that is just one of the down sides to owning an above-ground swimming pool. And then you start all over again with a new pool cover when summer’s over.

The cover looks exactly as advertised, and seems to be durable so far. It isn’t top notch material by any means, but it is PERFECT for the price. I have paid nearly double the price for the same cover elsewhere. Give it a shot…I think it’s worth it 🙂
p.s. It arrived earlier than expected!

I finally decided to replace the winter cover each year. The local pool supply outfits want 2-3 more for similar quality covers. The newer pool covers do not last no matter where they are purchased. So for the price it’s worth the yearly investment.

Pool covers no longer last 10 years so save some money and just buy a new one every 3 years
    The quality is fine

When we took the cover out of box appeared to be good quality..Fit pool well with just the right amount of overhang . Excellent price. I would say a great value even if lasts only one year.

This pool cover is very cheaply made. The material is very flimsy. Also some of the grommets were missing. We put a hole in the cover just getting it out and unfolding it. For the last 15 years we have always purchased less expensive covers and this one is the poorest quality we’ve ever had. Would not recommend it.

Received 2 days sooner than expected. It was easy to install but the little winch was faulty and broke. Not wanting to have to order a replacement and wait for it to arrive, I simply used an old screwdriver to tighten the cable. It seems to be a good quality cover so all in all I am very pleased with this purchase.

Pool cover is okay. Does the job for at least a couple of years. That’s all mind lasted. Will probably buy another one. Since the price is reasonable. Forgot it had a 8 year warranty. Done threw it away.

Just wish pool covers had more eyelets to run wire thru because if any standing water forms it pulls cover up between eyelets just saying

For the price its a nice cover. Hopefully it will last a few years. Doesn’t seem to be as much material as some other covers I have purchased. After putting on pool and tightening it comes right to pool buckles. Already had a metal grommet tear off from water on cover and cover and cable popped over buckles of pool. Had to drain off cover and pull back over and tighten more. But like I said for cost it’s a nice cover.
